The 5th Ontario District has a very long history of Special Events and Celebrations. One of the most recent events was a First in the History of the Knights of Columbus. On February 3rd, 1997, His Excellency Bishop John Michael Sherlock, Bishop of the Diocese of London, together with thirty eight Priests and Religious from the Diocese, became Fourth Degree Knights at a very impressive exemplification hosted by the Henry Dormer Assembly of London.
